1. General

Welcome to IRL.com.de, a free service for IRL streaming via SRT/SRTLA and RTMP/RTMPS. By using our service, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

IRL.com.de provides stream relay servers that enable IRL streaming via SRT/SRTLA and RTMP/RTMPS. The relays receive the stream from the encoder (e. g. Moblin, IRL Pro, OBS or vMix) and make it available for players and forwarding targets. The service includes a web interface for configuration, monitoring, and stream statistics. The service is free of charge and provided without warranty of availability, continuous operation, or error-free functionality. Liability for negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Changes, restrictions, or discontinuation of the service may occur at any time.

3. Registration and Access

Access is granted exclusively via login with a valid Twitch or Kick account (OAuth). On first login, an IRL.com.de account is created automatically — no separate password or registration form is required. Only the owner of the linked account is authorized to use the stream relays and publish content. Sharing access credentials or usage by third parties is prohibited.

4. Fair Use

The service operates under a fair use principle. Each account is limited to a set number of simultaneous streams, players, and push targets (see web panel). Excessive use — such as excessive bitrate, permanently occupying all available slots simultaneously, or automated mass usage — is not permitted. The service may not be used to deliberately disrupt or interfere with use by other users. Use for commercial purposes without prior agreement is not permitted. If such usage is detected, we reserve the right to restrict or block access.

5. Content Responsibility and Liability

You may share player or viewer links with third parties. However, the account owner who publishes the stream is solely liable for the content and its distribution. Users are obligated not to stream content that violates applicable law, in particular: copyright infringement, insults, incitement or hate speech, pornographic or content harmful to minors, violation of third-party privacy rights, and depictions of violence or other criminally relevant content. Users indemnify IRL.com.de from all third-party claims arising from unlawful content or violation of these obligations. IRL.com.de assumes no responsibility for legal violations or misuse by third parties; liability lies with the account owner. Upon valid complaints about unlawful content, IRL.com.de reserves the right to block affected streams or remove content. Reports can be directed to [email protected] .

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy, available at https://irl.com.de/privacy-policy/ Your rights under Art. 15–20 GDPR (access, rectification, deletion, data portability) can be exercised by contacting [email protected] .

7. No Guarantee of Availability

IRL.com.de is a private, non-commercial, free project. No guarantee is given for uptime, availability, or functionality. The service may be changed, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Termination of Use

IRL.com.de reserves the right to block or delete user accounts in case of violations of these terms. In severe cases (e.g., illegal content, massive abuse), blocking occurs without prior notice. In less severe cases, a warning is typically issued first. Users can delete their account at any time themselves in the panel under "Profile" or alternatively request deletion via email to [email protected] After confirming the deletion, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which the deletion can still be reversed. The account is then permanently removed. Accelerated deletion without the waiting period can be requested via email to [email protected] .

10. Changes to Terms of Use

IRL.com.de reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via email and upon next login to the panel. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Validity of Provisions

If any provision of these terms of use is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
